Two sea otters have been capturing the hearts of millions around the world, and specifically those visiting the Vancouver Aquarium on Canada’s west coast. Whether the pair of otters are lovestruck or just overly dependent on one another, the floating pair will melt even the coldest of hearts. Theories abound as to why the pair attach themselves to each other, however, marine biologists claim this behavour prevents the pair from being separated in wild seas. Void of high seas in the calm traquil pool at the Vancouver Aquarium, we can only conclude it has to be otter love. Otterly lovely.

The otter on the left looks just like my boyfriend… only he doesn’t hold my hand!
