It’s a classic summer sound, the slap of a flip-flop walking by. But that sound could become a thing of the past thanks to an amazing new design of flip-flop which looks set to become this seasons must have – the naked flip flop.
Rob Norfolk who sells them on his website says he is often stopped in the street by people asking him how they stay on. The answer is a water-based glue that sticks the foot to the shoe, but does not affect the skin. Sounds great doesn’t it! They come in a range of styles and at £12.50 are no more expensive than an ordinary sandal. What is more they would make an ideal, practical but fun, gift for the missus before you set off on your summer hols. So go on, go topless on the beach this year – without attracting the attention of the police.
