The final of Miss England was held at The Troxy, East London on Friday 18th July 2008.
Over 50 girls took part in the spectacular show and contestants raised over £32,000 for the Institute of Cancer Walk with Cancer appeal.

Size 16 For Miss England? What’s the Big Fuss?
She is the first size 16 to make it to the finals of the Miss England contest, and hopes to win the national competition in July. So why is it in the news every10mins?
