Buy a House and Get a Wife for Free
Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do and getting married is also incredibly nerve-wracking. So doing both would surely be a nightmare. One woman, who clearly thinks she can persuade a man that this is not the case, has offered both her house and her hand in marriage as a joint deal.
The woman has had her house on the market for almost a year with no luck at selling it. The house is listed at £170,000 but if you want to ‘buy’ her hand in marriage it’s £420,000. So this means *quick calculator fumbling* she values herself at £250,000 – a cool quarter of a million.
