Mio Destino is pleased to introduce new and improved delivery service options for all customers.

For shipments to the UK
•  Next day delivery service by APC courier (guaranteed by 4 pm next business day) £7.95

•  Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1 pm next business day) £6.95 

•  Royal Mail First Class Recorded (1-3 day service - not guaranteed, service could be delayed by current Royal Mail Industrial Action) £3.95  

For shipments to the US
• Next day Fed Ex International Expedited - £10.00

• Royal Mail International (4-6 days) - £7.50 (Please note: Royal Mail are currently on intermittent strike action, and deliveries may be delayed.)

For shipments to Europe
• Next day Fed Ex International Expedited - £13.00

• Royal Mail International (4-6 days) - £7.50 (Please note: Royal Mail are currently on intermittent strike action, and deliveries may be delayed.)

For shipments to the rest of the world
• Fed Ex Expedited - £20.00

• Royal Mail International (4-6 days) - £7.50 (Please note: Royal Mail are currently on intermittent strike action, and deliveries may be delayed.)

Daily cut off time for orders is 2 pm GMT to receive the next day.

Mio Destino prides itself in worldwide speed of dispatch, customer care and product presentation.

When will my product be dispatched?

The product will be dispatched on the same day as the transaction is completed or on the next working day as speed of dispatch is a priority to the Mio Destino team. Products that are out of stock will be sent immediately we receive them.

Your orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery in the UK and Channel Islands and by first class air mail to other parts of the globe.

Will my purchase come Gift Wrapped?

Yes*, we want to make life easy for you! All of our products come beautifully gift wrapped in Mio Destino tissue paper, in an elegant rigid black Mio Destino Gift box tied with red ribbon, ready to hand as a present to your loved one at no extra cost and no extra effort.

*However, please note:  Any items purchased in a sale or similar price reduction offer will not be sent gift wrapped.

I don't want what I've bought recognisable - is the shipping box plain?

Yes it is, the Gift box is shipped within a plain unbranded cardboard outercover to protect it and to ensure your privacy. We have our return address shown with the Company name as MIOD Ltd. If the parcel is coming to your workplace then please let the reception know that they will need to sign for it for you.

How will I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically by email.

Delivery address

Can I have my purchase sent to another address?

Yes you can. As recorded deliveries have to be signed for you may prefer to give Mio Destino a different delivery address other than your home address such as a workplace, if permissible, or a friend. You can save these addresses for future orders.

Can I send the gift direct to my partner and the receipt to my address?

Yes you can, but please let us know that you would like this done and tell us which address gets the present and which the receipt.

Urgent Deliveries

If I need to get the present as soon as possible, can you help me?

If you require a delivery as a matter of urgency, Mio Destino can provide 'same day' courier service on the UK mainland, time permitting. Customers must call or email Mio Destino to request same day delivery and to make payment for such delivery, prior to dispatch.

Mio Destino seeks to arrange delivery to you as quickly as possible and the vast majority of our products go out on the date of payment. However, though we cannot guarantee that you will receive your products within any particular time period we will endeavour to ensure you receive your gift as soon as feasible.

You will be responsible for payment, if required, of all sales, use, property and value-added taxes, customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any order or item(s) supplied, except for taxes based solely on Mio Destino's net income. If we are required to pay any such taxes, then such taxes shall be billed to and paid by you.

Do you send items via BFPO or APO/FPO?

British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

Please supply the following details for all items going to a BFPO address:

For U.S. Army Post Office, Air Post Office and Fleet Post Office the information in the following example is required:

With this option we cannot ship by a carrier such as FedEx or UPS
NB: Due to the nature of military mail our standard delivery terms do not apply as there are variables which affect delivery which are outside our control.

However, we will as far as possible within our organization, expedite your order. Your package can only be tracked as far as the New York, California or Florida drop off point. After your package is transferred to US Military Mail it is not possible to track.
